Description
The module comprises a collimating optical system integrated in a package with super luminescent diode and driver providing emission power stability. The module is connected to a power supply with two wires. The superluminescent diodes is cooled by natural heat removal through the module package. By customer's request the laser modules can be manufactured with different operating voltages, with different beam size, with controlled level of the output power. .
